  • Manage subscriptions, collections, and billing of our services (through our payment processor Stripe).
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, receipts) via Resend.
  • Analyze user traffic and behavior on the web to improve the experience, using Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Respond to your inquiries or requests sent via contact forms.

2. Legitimation for processing

The legal basis for processing your data is:

  • Execution of a contract: For account creation, service provision, and payment management.
  • Consent of the interested party: For the use of analytical cookies, sending commercial communications (if requested) or inquiries through contact forms.
  • Compliance with legal obligations: For billing and retention of accounting data as required by law.

3. Data retention

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, as long as you do not request its deletion, and for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example, billing data is kept for a minimum of 5 years according to tax regulations).

4. Data recipients

To provide the services strictly necessary for the development of the activity, we share data with the following service providers, who strictly comply with privacy regulations:

  • Supabase: Backend-as-a-Service platform for database management and user authentication.
  • Stripe: Secure payment gateway for processing subscriptions. Stripe collects and processes bank data encrypted.
  • Resend: Service used for sending notifications and transactional emails.
  • Google Analytics: Google web analytics service to analyze the use made by users of the platform.

Your data will not be transferred to third parties other than those mentioned, except by legal obligation.

5. User rights (ARCO Rights)

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation about whether we are processing personal data concerning them or not. Interested persons have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request the rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims.
  • Object to the processing of your data.
  • Right to data portability.

To exercise these rights, you can send an email to liaz@liaz.pro, attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent identity document to verify your identity. If you consider that the processing does not conform to current regulations, you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

We are committed to the security of your data. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Modifications to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as industry practices. In these cases, we will announce the changes introduced on this page with reasonable notice before their implementation.
